The first step is often the hardest—but it’s also the most important. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it can be the beginning of meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, understanding, and evidence-based care.

Perinatal Mental Health Services

As a perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C), I support mothers navigating the emotional, physical, and relational changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum. My work includes treating postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as guiding women through identity shifts, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, grief and loss, or the stress of NICU stays and medical complications.

Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to process these experiences, explore the joys and challenges of motherhood, and reconnect with yourself while building confidence in your role as a parent. Together, we focus on strengthening your bond with your baby, finding balance in relationships, and developing practical coping tools that help you feel grounded in daily life. My goal is to ensure mothers feel seen, supported, and equipped to navigate this chapter with steadiness, clarity, and connection.

Parent–Child & Family Therapy

I specialize in evidence-based, play-focused therapies designed to strengthen the bond between parents and young children while reducing family stress. As a certified Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) provider, I work with families of children ages 2–7 to address disruptive and challenging behaviors. PCIT is highly structured and research-backed, giving parents live, hands-on coaching during play to build positive behaviors, improve communication, and develop effective discipline strategies that promote warmth, consistency, and confidence in parenting.

For families with toddlers, I also offer PCIT-Toddler, an adaptation created for toddlers ages 12–24 months who may be experiencing intense emotions or early difficulties with attachment. These sessions use play as the foundation for learning, equipping parents with practical tools to support emotional regulation, respond calmly, and nurture secure, trusting relationships from the very beginning.

Whether the focus is reducing conflict, strengthening attachment, or supporting a child’s social-emotional development, parent–child therapy provides families with a supportive space where parents feel empowered and children feel safe and understood.

Individual Psychotherapy

In individual therapy, I provide a supportive space for adults navigating life’s challenges, whether related to anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, or major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and tailored, combining evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity to help clients better understand themselves, gain new perspectives, and build tools for lasting change.

Together, we may explore patterns of thought and behavior, process relational dynamics, and identify values that guide growth. For those experiencing anxiety or depression, therapy can offer both immediate coping strategies and deeper work to address underlying causes. For clients facing transitions—whether personal, professional, or relational—I provide guidance and grounding to help them move through change with clarity and resilience.

My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported as you navigate challenges, discover strengths, and step into a more connected, balanced version of yourself.
